Kris Klein has been doing tuning and repairs on my Yamaha piano for many years. He also does service on the Boston piano at my church (Bay View United Methodist). He's very compassionate and knowledgeable about his work. After every tuning he gives a detailed report about what he did and suggestions about what may need attention in the future.
